Export questions
By default four folders: matched receipts, your sent invoices, all bank statements, and open items with a short report of what is still missing. You can rename, move and add folders, and the next export uses your structure.
Receipts start with the date and carry the vendor and the amount, for example 28_08_26-Figma-45_00.pdf. Your invoices keep their invoice number and client. The same rules apply every month.
The bookkeeping page shows a readiness checklist: statements complete, transactions matched, invoices matched and documents readable. Export when it is all green, or send what you have.
Yes. The Bookkeeper role reads everything, works on bookkeeping and exports, and cannot touch sales or settings. Each workspace has one Bookkeeper seat, free of charge.

Not yet. The ZIP holds PDFs, CSV statements and a CSV report that any bookkeeper can open. A ready-made package for the Austrian VAT return (UVA) is coming soon.
