In ChatGPT and Claude, Backbone now answers with clear cards instead of plain text

Give a client or project a fixed budget, bill it in partial invoices and close it with one final invoice. Billy and your AI app can do it too.

A receipt in US dollars now matches its euro card payment, using the rate and fee printed on your statement.

Read it again or use the calculated balance, right in the statement. A statement waiting for a check no longer counts as missing.

See the actual receipt next to its payment. Matches you haven't confirmed yet show as suggestions.

In Transactions, the Matched filter is now two: Confirmed and To confirm.

A new tab in your uploads lists unpaid receipts, newest first.

Backbone files a statement by its card or account number. When it's unsure, it asks you. Set an account's type yourself: bank account or card.

Month tiles in Statements show the receipts still missing, or a check when there are none.

The inbox closes by itself once nothing needs you anymore.

A new switch prints your tax number on invoices. In Germany without a VAT ID it stays on, as the law asks.

Bookkeeping, Transactions and Export open on the month you picked last.

Invoices for your plan now come from Backbone itself, with your company address and VAT ID. Download them as PDFs in Plan & usage.
