No. Anything that leaves your workspace, like an invoice or a reminder, and anything that removes something waits for your OK in the chat.
Almost everything you can do in the app: log time, draft and change invoices, find missing receipts, answer questions about your numbers. A short list of sensitive steps, such as changing your password or your bank details, stays in the app on purpose.
It is not a tax adviser. It can tell you what your own data says, but whether a tax treatment is right is a question for your tax adviser.
Backbone AI is included in every plan, with an allowance of AI messages per plan. You see your usage in Settings › Plan & usage.
Backbone AI lives inside the app. The connector lets your own AI tool, such as Claude or ChatGPT, work with Backbone. Both use the same tools underneath, so they can do the same things.
